One of the tastiest and simplest broccoli rabe sausage recipes. The only change I would make is to cook the broccoli rabe for 2 minutes only. A bit too mushy at 4 minutes for my taste.
I often cook brocoli rabe and find that if I boil it for much more than two minutes it tends to be a bit mushy. I find it has much better flavor and texture if not over cooked and more aldente. It really does depend on personal preference. It is a great meal though.
Came out tasty, and was an easy recipe to make. I used veggie "sausage" and it still came out well.
