Wow, good! Would make lovely gifts in small jars! What it doesn’t say is WATCH IT. I burnt the first batch n almost lost two spoons and a pan - it turns to basically hard candy when cool. The minute it turns brownish, Pull! And that minute of cooling before the cream? Also critical! It’s so hot it bubbles as you stir in the cream and bourbon.. but end result? AH-mazing.
