  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • ¼ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

  • ¾ cup skim milk

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • ½ cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
