Photo: © Todd Porter & Diane Cu Total Time: 15 mins Yield: 2 to 4 Ingredients 6 ounces (about 1 cup) fresh blueberries 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice 2 cups yogurt 1 cup granola Directions Combine the blueberries, brown sugar, water and lime juice into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and then continue cooking for about 6 minutes, or until the blueberries begin to pop and the liquid has thickened. Set aside. Layer the yogurt and granola into serving cups. Spoon the blueberry compote over the granola and yogurt and serve. Rate it Print
