This looked like such a beautiful recipe I was very eager to try. However, aside from obvious formatting issues with the measurements, there are missing ingredients (flour!) so it’s impossible to follow this recipe to the letter successfully. Additionally, the plastic wrap “hack” resulted in a messy, sticky top-side blowout (plastic wrap is WAY weaker than a pastry bag, no matter how little the frosting is chilled) that ultimately meant scooping the frosting off the spread out remnants and frosting with a spatula, so there is zero half-and-half effect.
I haven't tried this recipe yet because there are about 4 mistakes in the ingredients list where it shows "&" etc . what are the ingredient measurements please.
