This tequila cocktail is a great Sunday-brunch drink (hence the name); pickle juice and hot sauce lend a nice kick.

1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce agave syrup
1/4 teaspoon spicy pickle brine (from a jar of pickles)
Dash of habanero hot sauce
Lime wedge and green olive, for garnish
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, pickle brine and hot sauce. Add ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, garnish with a lime wedge and olive and serve.
