did not think the pie was very good, the texture was thick, to much flour and cornstarch, maybe, it reminded me of glue, it cut ok when cold, again, did not care for the taste,
Followed the directions looked good when I put in refrig, I would never make again, how did it ever get that many likes???
Like others who commented on this recipe, the custard was the consistancy of custard sauce! I followed the recipe, even made the custard twice thinking I had left something out. Had the pie in the refrigerature 2 days and the custard was runny as sauce. Looking for another recipe. Someone should have tested this before putting it on this site.
