These kale chips are fantastic on their own—which is a good thing because they're a bit too delicate for dip.

1 bunch of kale, rinsed and dried, ribs and stems removed, leaves torn into large pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 300º.
Make sure the kale is thoroughly dry then toss it with the olive oil in a large bowl, and sprinkle with salt. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on two large baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Place the baking sheet on a rack to cool.
