Yield:

1 drink

Ingredients

Ice
1 ounce pear brandy
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
Dash of apple cider vinegar
2 ounces cava or other sparkling wine
1 teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram (allspice liqueur), for garnish

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cava and garnish and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe, stir in the cava and drizzle with the Allspice Dram.
