More Brandy Drinks By Danny Valdez Updated on March 28, 2015 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Yield: 1 drink Ingredients Ice 1 ounce pear brandy 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup Dash of apple cider vinegar 2 ounces cava or other sparkling wine 1 teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram (allspice liqueur), for garnish Directions Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
