Arancione Cocktail

To transform the Champagne Cocktail into a sweet and intense after-dinner drink, Jamie Boudreau swaps out the sparkling wine for Cocchi Americano, a bittersweet aperitif wine. The ounce of club soda makes the cocktail lightly bubbly; Boudreau likes to make the drink in a soda siphon for extra fizz. Slideshow: More Wine Cocktails
