Here, James Wampler uses Death's Door, a London dry-style gin that he says "creates a wickedly intense cocktail with hints of chocolate." How to Make It


In a mixing glass, combine the gin, vermouth, Campari and both bitters; fill with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the twist.
