Añejo Highball

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces aged amber rum

  • 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier

  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

  • 1 ounce chilled ginger beer

  • 1 lime wheel

  • 1/2 orange wheel

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, Grand Marnier, lime juice and bitters and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and stir in the ginger beer. Garnish with the lime wheel and orange wheel half.
