Cut back on the sugar and use fresh blueberries instead of jelly in this simple twist on the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

4 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup fresh blueberries
Pinch of brown sugar (optional)
Pinch of kosher or sea salt (optional)
How to Make It
Spread almond butter on all four slices of bread. Add a layer of blueberries on two of the slices. Sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar or salt over the blueberries, if you like. Top with the remaining two slices. Slice and serve.
