Brazilians first popularized the nutritious Amazonian açai berry. This smoothie takes advantage of its antioxidants and features açaí, bananas, and pomegranate juice.


  • 13 ½ ounce package frozen unsweetened açai puree

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar


  1. In a blender, combine one 3.5-ounce package frozen unsweetened açai puree with 2 bananas, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 cup pomegranate juice and 1 tablespoon agave nectar and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve right away.
