35 Delicious Recipes to Try from This Year's Food & Wine Classic in Aspen
The 39th Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is officially here, and we're excited for another incredible weekend of cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and conversations with chefs and innovators across the food world. The cooking demos are filled with star chefs showing us how to recreate their restaurant dishes at home. Brooke Williamson is making a delectable brunch with lobster, Chintan Pandya and Roni Mazumdar (who we named Game Changers this year) are sharing the secrets to kebabs, and Shota Nakajima is whipping up tempura four different ways. Here, we've gathered all of the delicious recipes in one place, so you can bring the experience into your own kitchen. Whip up a frozen drink (like these 'Fraperol Spritzes' from Justin Chapple, made for summer sipping), a few dreamy dips from Stephanie Izard, and special occasion showstoppers like these Lobster Tournedos with Cornbread from Erick Williams. Read on for them all, and start cooking!
