Surf N’ Turf Burger
is bringing together two quintessential, All-American Fourth of July indulgences, burgers and fresh lobster, so you don’t have to choose between the two. The Surf N’ Turf Burger is taken to the next level with Kobe beef, fresh Maine lobster and truffle béarnaise sauce, served (of course) with a heaping side of truffle fries. This burger is available only at Davio’s in Manhattan and Boston on July 4th.
The All American Sandwich
New York City Union Square location in is debuting the All American sandwich: Smoked bologna, fried chicken, French fries, pickle relish, and mustard mayo on the side all stacked on Texas toast. These are all classic American foods in their own right.
Carnival Fun Cakes
Carnival Fun Cakes at Barton G. features three large golden funnel cakes with a trio of dipping sauces (chocolate, strawberry, and spiced caramel) as well as whipped cream, powdered sugar, and more. The most unique part of the dish is that it comes with a carnival “Dunk the Duck” game, complete with a digital score board for diners to end their meal on a playful note.
Red, White & Booze Bam-Boozled Shake
The Red, White & Booze Bam-Boozled Shake from Holsteins Shakes and Buns successfully combines the kick of an adult beverage with elements of a classic milkshake. The shake is made with vanilla ice cream, Jack Daniels whiskey, blueberry jam and strawberry jam, topped with whipped cream and freeze-dried blueberries and strawberries.
Blueberry Pie Oh My Shake
Blueberry Pie Oh My Shake is a 4th of July special in partnership with Four & Twenty Blackbirds, a Brooklyn pie company. They’re offering it in shake or “concrete” form a.k.a vanilla frozen custard blended with a slice of blueberry pie and topped with whipped cream. It’ll be available for a limited time at all U.S. Shacks (except stadiums and ballparks).

In honor of Independence Day, Sub Zero has created a treat that allows kids and adults alike to relive the childhood wonder of fireworks. The Big Blast is a delicious combination of cotton candy ice cream, marshmallows, sprinkles and Pop Rocks!

Tucson Tamale Company is serving a seasonal trio of Red, White and Blue tamales every summer at the restaurant. The red tamale is a red chile masa filled with slow simmered pork slathered in BBQ sauce, because nothing says summer more than BBQ. The white tamale is a delicate white corn masa filled with chicken simmered in green chile sauce with tomatoes and onion. The blue tamale is an organic and non-GMO blue corn masa filled with traditional ‘calabacitas’ (corn, summer squash, onion, tomatoes, green chile) and cheese.
White Chocolate Popcorn Firecracker
The White Chocolate Popcorn Firecracker from Chef Justin Vaiciunas of WhirlyBall in Chicago is a play on traditional white chocolate popcorn with a white chocolate shell and red and blue popcorn inside. The “wick” is fried Japanese rice noodles that you light on fire and then the whole thing explodes.
