(Not to mention, it's the home of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, which was part of the prize package.) For proof of Colorado's pedigree, you needn't look any further than the number of cheftestants, as well as guest judges, that have restaurants in the state. Here's our list of where you can experience a taste of your favorite TV chefs in real life, from a restaurant in Denver by a Top Chef guest judge to dining destinations in Boulder helmed by fan-favorite contestants. Rose's Classic Americana Restaurant (Carrie Baird, Season 15) Colorado-based Carrie Baird garnered attention for her imaginative and often last-minute ideas that earned her spots at the top of this season's challenges. For that reason alone, it's probably worth checking out Rose's Classic Americana Restaurant at Rosetta Hall in Boulder, Colorado, where the 2020 James Beard Award nominee crafts Americana fare like grass-fed burgers and a tender chicken sandwich. Four by Brother Luck (Brother Luck, Season 15) Brother Luck may have been sent packing, but you can still experience his creative Southwestern-style cooking at Four by Brother Luck in Colorado Springs. Drawing on his eclectic palate, Luck says the concept is based on the "four key people who I need to work with to source amazing ingredients: hunters, gatherers, farmers, and fishermen." 28 Top Chef Recipes to Add to Your Rotation 221 South Oak (Eliza Gavin, Season 10) A Top Chef season 10 contestant, Eliza Gavin has a restaurant in a historic home just steps away from the gondola in Telluride, Colorado. The menu sports housemade, well, pretty much everything but one of the specialties is Eliza's Sausage Plate, which features five of her signature sausages. Blackbelly (Hosea Rosenberg, Season 5) Season 5 winner Hosea Rosenberg has a mini-empire of Boulder-based restaurants, including the Colorado cuisine-focused Blackbelly and New Mexico-inspired Santo. Rioja (Jen Jasinski, Top Chef Masters) Courtesy of Rioja Jasinski not only competed on the Masters edition of the series, but she also stopped by as a guest on season 15 as proprietor of a growing stable of area restaurants which began with Mediterranean eatery Rioja in Denver's Larimer Square.
