A while back, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady made headlines by releasing a $200 cookbook. And a while before that he made headlines for his and Gisele Bündchen's strict diet. Food, it seems, is the third most popular way Brady finds himself in the press, after Super Bowl wins and (allegedly) cheating to get those Super Bowl wins. But since football season hasn't started just yet, Brady has one more snack-related stunt up his sleeve and in a perfect amalgamation of the other two stories, it's a combination of overpriced and organic. Tom Brady is selling nuts, and they cost $50.

Released on Monday, the TB12 Snacks are a line of organic, vegan nuts and fruits that are also raw and gluten-free and contain no dairy and pretty much embody any other dietary buzzwords you can think of. The hefty price is for a 12-pack variety of the munchies, and they come in flavor combos including Dark Cocoa Coconut, Cacao Goji Energy Squares and Buffalo Almonds and Ranch Cashews (for wing-loving football fans, I assume). Want to get your hands on them? You'll have better luck grabbing a $10 bag of peanuts from a vendor at Gillette Stadium. Brady's fancy nuts are completely sold out.
