Reese Witherspoon has never been shy about celebrating her Southern heritage—the actress was born in New Orleans but spent most of her childhood in Nashville—and now she’s preparing to share even more of her wisdom with the world: Witherspoon recently announced that this fall she’ll be releasing a lifestyle book called Whiskey in a Teacup.

In 2015, Witherspoon launched Draper James, her Southern-inspired clothing line, but it seems like Witherspoon is looking to expand her lifestyle empire with the addition of her book. According to Witherspoon’s Twitter announcement, the book will cover all her “secrets to Southern living.”

So what does that include? Plenty that will benefit home cooks and dinner party hosts: Whiskey in a Teacup will reveal Witherspoon’s tips for entertaining, decorating, and of course, cooking in the traditions of the south. Her goal is to help readers bring “a little bit of the south to your home, no matter where you live.”

Apparently, the name of the book stems from an old saying of her grandmother’s: “Dorothea always said that it was a combination of beauty and strength that made Southern women ‘whiskey in a teacup,'" Witherspoon wrote on her website.

Dorothea is one of the Witherspoon’s biggest inspirations, so it's no surprise that Whiskey in a Teacup will feature a large helping of her grandmother's favorite recipes, as well as instructions for throwing some of Witherspoon’s favorite parties, “from midnight barn parties to backyard bridal showers, magical Christmas mornings to rollicking honkytonks.”

Whiskey in a Teacup is coming out just in time for the holiday season, on September 18, and is available for pre-order now on Amazon. It will arrive on your doorstep just as you're starting to plan celebrations from Thanksgiving to Christmas to the New Year, so you'll have more than a few occasions to infuse a little Southern charm into your life.
