Just in time for Easter — a season the celebrates sweet treats and candy — Krispy Kreme has unveiled the new limited-time only Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg Doughnut, bringing together two of every sweet tooths’ favorite things: Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, an already popular Easter candy, and a sugary, chocolate-iced doughnut.

Debuting in stores today, the Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg Doughnut is stuffed in the center with a Reese’s peanut butter version of Krispy Kreme’s signature Kreme filling. And because Krispy Kreme already has a Reese’s Peanut Butter Kreme Doughnut, the doughnut chain set this “Egg” version apart by giving the top a decorative Easter spin featuring blue and yellow icing stripes and a sprinkling of nuts.

“The Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg is a fun, seasonal take on our delicious collaborations with Reese’s,” Jackie Woodward, Chief Marketing Officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, said in a statement. The new doughnut is available in stores throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Along with news of the new Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg Doughnut, Krispy Kreme announced today that its much-anticipated Lemon Glaze Doughnut, which won a fan vote for a new flavor back in January, will hit stores on April 23, and be available through April 29. And perhaps in even more exciting news, the company teased that it “will also soon announce a collaboration that will bring to fans two new doughnuts featuring some of America’s most popular cookies,” adding additional details “will be provided in the coming weeks.”

We don’t know about you, but while we’re enjoying Krispy Kreme’s new flavors, we’ll be dreaming of what’s to come. Doughnut aficionados already know that Krispy Kreme teamed up to create an Oreo doughnut for this past Valentine’s Day. Obviously, Nabisco has plenty of other cookies up its sleeve. But will another cookie brand combine to make a these new cookie doughnuts? Alas, we’ll just have to wait and see.
