Kaali Daal or Dal Makhani

What It Is:

Biryani

a rice dish with spices and herbs (nutmeg, pepper, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, ginger, mint, onion, cinnamon and garlic are the most common), rice (typically basmati), lentils, meat and vegetables.
