Jaffle is the Australian nickname for grilled cheese pockets, either because that’s what they call the special griddles they’re made on or because Crod Dundee actor Paul Hogan is allowed to name everything in Australia when he is drunk. Jafflechuting is when you wrap up a jaffle, tie it to a parachute and let it fly out the window. The project has been dubbed Australia’s first “float-down eatery,” and based on the viral excitement, we’re sure it won’t be the world’s last.

The jafflechuters have already raised money to bring the aero-food business to New York.
