Gluten-Free Goes Glossy with GFF Magazine
It wasn’t that long ago that gluten-free eaters couldn’t get a decent bowl of pasta. But soon, there will be a glossy, stylish, beautiful magazine dedicated to all things gluten-free.
It wasn’t that long ago that gluten-free eaters couldn’t get a decent bowl of pasta and were left to their own devices to figure out how to make cookies. Now, there are gluten-free options everywhere (all this week, Food & Wine is celebrating the best gluten-free foods in the country). And soon, there will be a glossy, stylish, beautiful magazine dedicated to all things gluten-free—that is, if it gets fully funded on Kickstarter. GFF, which plans to launch this fall, is a quarterly magazine that will feature gluten-free recipes from star chefs, gluten-free cooking tutorials, gluten-free travel and everything else you could ever need for a full, happy and healthy gluten-free life. The founders include editor-in-chief Erika Lenkert who has written for and been featured in past issues of Food & Wine. Learn more about GFF and help them reach their goal by watching the above video and visiting their Kickstarter page.
