Food & Wine's Editorial Guidelines Updated on January 10, 2020 Share Tweet Pin Email After launching the Beyond Sausage Breakfast Sandwich nationwide last fall, Dunkin' already has plans to add another plant-based option to the menu—oat milk. On January 9, the coffee chain announced that its new Oatmilk Latte, prepared with oat milk and espresso, would hit restaurants across the country this spring. The drink will be available hot or iced; you can also order oat milk separately in hot and iced coffee, cold brew drinks, and frozen drinks, per the announcement. The news comes two days after Starbucks announced that it was adding two new non-dairy drinks—the Almondmilk Honey Flat White and Coconutmilk Latte—to its permanent menu, and testing a new Oatmilk Honey Latte, too. The latter is made with shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso, honey, steamed oat milk, and a toasted honey topping, and is being served in roughly 1,300 stores across Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Although oat milk hasn't made it to the chain's national menu yet, it's slowly trickling in—over summer 2019, Starbucks also added it to menus at the New York and Seattle Reserve Roasteries, the Reserve store located in the Starbucks Seattle Headquarters, the Reserve Bar on 1st & University in Seattle, and the Reserve Bar on Chestnut in San Francisco. Since January 1, Dunkin' has been offering oat milk at its California locations, with free samples of the new Oatmilk Latte available every Friday this month between 8 am and 10 am. For non-Californians, almond milk is already available as a non-dairy option at Dunkin' nationwide. Beyond oat milk, Dunkin' also brought back its popular Girl Scout Cookie-inspired coffees this month, in honor of 2020 Girl Scout Cookie season. Expect Coconut Caramel- and Thin Mints-flavored drinks on the menu, available in hot, iced, cold brew, frozen coffee, or frozen chocolate form—just make sure you act fast. The collaboration will only stick around through the spring. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback! Tell us why! Other Submit
