A Pixar festival is offering attendees a special, limited-run menu featuring items inspired by Up, Toy Story, Monsters Inc., and Coco.
As part of Disneyland’s new celebration of animation, Pixar Fest and park attendees will be able to enjoy meals, snacks and classic park desserts with a character spin. Inspired by hit films like Up, Toy Story, Monsters Inc., and Coco, this specially crafted, limited time menu of themed treats will feature everything from sandwiches to churros, perfectly tasty additions to keep you going through the festival’s packed event line-up.
Fans of the heartwarming (and tear-jerking) tale of Up will be able to grab both a Fried-ricksen Bologna Sandwich and Fredrickson TV Dinner at the Carnation Café before treating themselves to an Up Merit Badge Éclair at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café. If you make your way to the Golden Horseshoe, you can get a taste of Toy Story with a Boot Beer Root Beer Float, which is served in a souvenir Woody’s boot, along with Jessie’s Berry Jubilee Funnel Cake, a house-made funnel cake topped with blueberries, strawberries, chocolate cookie crumbles, crème anglaise, white chocolate, and gold-dusted whipped cream. If you’re looking to satisfy the little (hunger) monster in you, you can try Mike Wazowski bread, found only at Pacific Wharf Café in the Disney California Adventure park.
In true Disney Parks churro style, you’ll also be able to grab a Toy Story-inspired Lots-o’-Straw-“Bear”-y Churro in Tomorrowland. Fans of Coco can celebrate Pixar’s recent Oscars success with special the special Coco Churro during the festival. Found in Frontierland, this park treat features chocolate and vanilla bean dust and salted cinnamon sugar served with a spiced Mexican chocolate dipping sauce. If you’re looking to take a bit of this year’s festival home with you, you can grab a Sulley premium popcorn bucket at all Disneyland Resort popcorn carts, as well as a Mike Wazowski Sipper from any Disney California Adventure park quick-service restaurant.
To get your hands on any of these delicious Disney treats as you and your family enjoy the new Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular and the Paint the Night parade, you’ll need to stop by this year’s Pixar Fest, which runs from April 13 through September 3, at Disneyland Resort.
