Another recognizable restaurant brand is coming to Las Vegas, bringing with it star power, over-the-top seafood dishes and a substantial amount of Scene.

This fall, CATCH will open on the Strip, Food & Wine confirms, making this the third CATCH location in the country. (The restaurant is currently located in New York's Meatpacking neighborhood and in Hollywood.) A large part of the restaurant's allure is its attraction of beautiful A-listers, so we're sure the scene at the new Vegas iteration will be no less glitzy. The new CATCH will be located in the ARIA Resort & Casino.

“After successfully tackling the East and West Coast markets we feel that Las Vegas is the next most logical place for the CATCH brand to call home," says Mark Birnbaum, Catch Hospitality Group co-founder, to F&W. "As with all CATCH outposts, we will stay true to the identity of the brand in both design and core menu, while working to develop location-specific additions that speak to the interests in the local market and its anticipated clientele. For CATCH Las Vegas that will mean some elevated moments that kick our experiential menu up a notch, without being too over the top that we stray from who we are as a concept."

The menu will include "globally inspired high-end seafood selections," with items like Catch Roll, Truffle Sashimi, Wagyu on a Rock and Cantonese Lobster and other "epic renditions of opulent seafood, sushi & steak," according to a new press release.

While there are no immediate plans for other new locations, Eugene Remm, Catch Hospitality Group partner, says that expansion is definitely on the brain.

The new CATCH will open in the barMASA and Tetsu restaurant space, which will close Monday, April 2.
