You can eat ramen any time.
Where: Mary Eddy’s, Oklahoma City
What: Porky, salty, carb-loaded, and goes down so easy — breakfast ramen is perhaps the greatest hangover cure in creation. (And we’ve tried them all.) And while Oklahoma is not known as a hotbed of ramen, at Mary Eddy’s in the new 21c Hotel in Oklahoma City, this ample bowl of broth and noodles is topped with roast pork (from a de-boned pig head!), shrimp sausage, oyster mushrooms, cucumber radish salad and a coddled egg.
Wash it down with: “The Sun Also Rises,” with rum, house sorbet, mint and lime.
