A Wonderland at the Top of the Mountain
For this year’s sold-out party at the top of the mountain, the Aspen Food & Wine Classic team took whimsical cues from Wonderland Imaginative Cuisine, a new restaurant by Royal Caribbean International.
Costumed entertainers mingled among guests, in looks inspired by the restaurant’s surreal setting. Described as a "feast for the senses," Wonderland will take diners on a journey to the unexpected – with immersive décor and experimental dishes that are playfully presented.
Guest chefs devised innovative dishes inspired by Royal Caribbean’s Wonderland concept—like taffy balloons infused with green apple helium. Entirely edible and refreshing too.
Chef Richard Blais' contribution: A dish rich with Mexican truffles.
The party’s striking décor included washes of plum and magenta light, vintage furniture in crackled silver, and sparkling oversized chandeliers.
The new Wonderland Imaginative Cuisine debuts this fall onboard Royal Caribbean International’s Quantum of the Seas. Visit RoyalCaribbean.com/DynamicDining to learn more.
