From martinis to charcuterie boards to straight out of the jar, I'm happy to eat olives in all manner of drinks and dishes. Actually, more than happy. One of my proudest accomplishments is that I've converted my fiancé into an olive lover, too. So, you can imagine how excited I am to share that Le Creuset's newest color for spring is, you guessed it, Olive.

A blend of refreshing green and warm yellow, Le Creuset's latest addition is inspired by California's fragrant olive orchards. The color is available in a dozen items, including a 10.25-inch skillet and the brand's popular coffee mugs. All feel luxe and bold, the perfect addition to our kitchens as we dive into warmer weather and longer days.

"The sun-bathed hue arrives with the advent of spring, a season marked by renewed desire for adventure, exploration, and discovery," the brand writes on its site. "Hints of yellow give this green a healthy glow that can complement cool tones or add a layer of fashionable nuance to warm color palettes."

In fact, Olive pairs well with several of Le Creuset's existing colors. By mixing with Chiffon Pink, you can create a bright and cheerful tablescape, or go for a dramatic, edgy look with matte black Licorice. And if you want to represent the rainbow of olive colors, style it with dark green Artichaut or Fig, which personally reminds me of a Kalamata's purple-brown hue.

Olive launched today exclusively at Williams Sonoma and Le Creuset's site. I've not only noticed several pieces on sale—you can bet I'm getting this discounted stoneware baking dish set for a summer's worth of crumbles and crisps—but also that a couple of styles have already sold out. Scroll down to check out a couple stand-out picks before they're gone for good.
