After spending a month enjoying holiday parties, I decided it was time to hit the refresh button and made it my New Year’s resolution to eat healthier. After a little research, I determined the easiest way to stay on track with my goals would be to cook more of my meals at home.

As luck would have it, just as I was gathering recipes and preparing shopping lists, the new non-toxic cookware brand Caraway reached out and offered to send me a set of their pots and pans to test. I jumped at the chance because if I was really going to make this lifestyle change and put so much thought into the ingredients I’m using, I may as well pay attention to what I’m cooking them in.

As soon as the pots and pans arrived, I instantly fell in love with them. The ceramic-coated cookware is not only Teflon-free but also nonstick, easy to clean, oven-safe, and compatible with every type of stovetop. But aside from not having to worry about toxins being released into my food, what I love about the cookware set is how stylish it is. Seriously, the pots and pans are so cute they actually make me want to cook more.

Unlike most pots and pans, these pretty pieces come in a variety of Instagram-worthy colors, including cream, white, navy, sage green, and terracotta. In the past, when I hosted friends and family for dinner, I would transfer the food into serving dishes to make it more visually appealing. Now I’m able to serve everything straight from the cookware and also cut my clean-up time in half.

In the month that I’ve been using the set, I’ve made soups, sauces, eggs, pancakes, and even a roasted chicken. Each meal that I’ve prepared in them has cooked evenly and to perfection. I’ve also noticed that I’ve been using much less butter and oil because the pans are naturally slick, which is definitely helping my resolution goals.

The cookware pieces aren’t sold separately, so if you’re interested in trying them for yourself, you’ll be making a worthy investment in the 12-piece set that comes with everything any basic chef’s kitchen would need: a 10.5-inch frying pan, a 4.5-quart sauté pan with a lid, a 3-quart sauce pan with a lid, and a 6.5-quart Dutch oven with a lid. It even comes with a four-piece storage rack and a lid storage holder, which have made the insides of my cabinets way more functional and organized.

Perhaps the best part? At $395 for all 12 pieces, it’s definitely more affordable than other non-toxic cookware sets on the market. Plus, the brand offers free shipping and a 30-day trial, so if you aren’t fully satisfied, you can send the set back for a full refund, no questions asked. But if you’re like me, you’ll want to keep using Caraway pots and pans indefinitely.
