Disney’s official blog has unveiled a preview of what the new Marvel-based “Guardians of the Galaxy” ride will look like.

The ride will be replacing Disney California Adventure’s famed “Twilight Zone Tower of Terror,” which will offer its last ride on Jan. 2, 2017.

According to Disney's blog, the new ride will include the “familiar, breathtaking, free-fall sensation with all-new visual and audio effects,” and music.

The attraction will have multiple and randomized storylines, giving riders the chance to have a different experience each time, and will take passengers into a mesmerizing futuristic landscape.

For guests who want to celebrate the “Tower of Terror” one last time, Disney will be having its special “Late Check-Out” experience from September 9 to October 31, giving visitors the chance to experience the spooky setting in total darkness.
