Are you keeping your fresh basil in a cup of water on the counter? Well, you’re doing it wrong. That is one of many tips from the first episode of the new PBS Web series called, appropriately, You’re Doing It Wrong.

Offering the helpful advice are Randy and Jason Sklar—stand-up comedians, podcasters and, until 30 for 30 came along, hosts of the best show in the history of ESPN.

For the premiere, the Sklars take on something almost all of us have screwed up at one time or another: storing produce.
