What: We won’t lie — microwavable Hot Pockets can be a pretty effective hangover cure in pinch. But chef James Rigato takes the concept and goes way upscale with his “Hock Pocket” — that’d be house-smoked ham-hock, aged cheddar, onion, and broccoli, all cradled in a hand-made butter crust.
