What: The Paul’s Boutique pizza is their take on the beloved Reuben using Katz’s pastrami, a Dijon béchamel, smoked red kraut and fontina cheese. The crust is crispy and coated in melted butter and "everything" spice. The finishing touch: some hearty dollops of Thousand Island dressing all over the hot pizza.
