If you want to step up your at home brunch game try out this one bowl Dutch baby, also known as a German pancake. This soufflé-like pancake puffs up in the oven and becomes golden brown around the edges while the berries become an almost jammy texture as they cook. This particular version is served up in one big 10-inch cast iron skillet but you could even separate the batter into mini skillets for personal Dutch babies. Just make sure to dust the tops with loads of powdered sugar.
