Since Halloween is still pretty far off, we can’t get too excited about pumpkin carving. Fortunately there is still plenty of watermelon carving going on. And while the melon shark bowl is impressive in its own way, it’s got nothing on these works of art.

Italian sculptor Valeriano Fatica is a master of carving all things produce. It’s his watermelons though, that really impress. Check out his most recent work above, an impressively intricate unicorn, or any of his other watermelon masterpieces (we’re partial to the T-rex) over on his YouTube page. Fatica's work is definitely the second greatest use of a watermelon out there.
