Spirits Patagonian Negroni Be the first to rate & review! A Chilean twist on an Italian Favorite, this Negroni swaps out gin for Trakal, an herbaceous spirit from Northern Patagonia. Matias Supan, the bartender-owner of Santiago's Seite Negronis, uses slightly less Trakal than you would gin so that the spirit doesn't overpower the Campari and vermouth.
