Food & Wine's Editorial Guidelines Published on November 30, 2022 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: © Justine Sterling Yield: 1 drink Ingredients Bloody Bull 2 ounces Tito's vodka 1 ounce beef stock 5 ounces Bloody Mary Mix (see below) Splash of Guinness Pickled string beans and cracked black pepper, for garnish Bloody Mary Mix 6 ounces pickle juice 1 1/2 ounces kosher salt 1 ounce black pepper 2 ounces Worcestershire sauce 2 1/2 ounces horseradish 1/2 ounce sambal 1 ounce Frank's RedHot 90 ounces tomato juice 10 ounces fresh lemon juice Directions Bloody Mary Mix Mix all the ingredients together and store in the fridge. If you have the time, mix everything except for the tomato juice and lemon juice together a day or two ahead of time. Add the tomato juice and lemon juice the day you are going to make the cocktail. Bloody Bull Pour all ingredients (except for the garnishes) into a shaker with ice then "roll" the drink back and forth between two shakers and pour the entire mix into a Collins glass. Top with spicy pickled string beans and cracked pepper. Make ahead Mix all the ingredients together and store in the fridge.
