Chef Ned Elliott of Austin’s Foreign & Domestic is hooked on the Session lager from Full Sail Brewing. “We’ve had it since day one,” he says. “We make a drink with it called The Cyclist. It’s like a shandy. It’s made with Reed’s Extra Ginger Brew and a salted lemon syrup we make from preserved lemons.”
