Sarah DiGregorio Sarah DiGregorio is a James Beard Award-nominated journalist. Her writings and recipes have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Saveur, Gastronomica, Parade, and others. She is the author of three books, including Adventures in Slow Cooking (2017). Experience With two decades of experience in publishing, Sarah DiGregorio has held a number of writing and editorial positions in food media, starting with stints at Saveur, Chile Pepper magazine, and the Village Voice. She was a senior food editor at Food Network and Food & Wine, as well as an editor at Parade Magazine and BuzzFeed Food. Sarah was recognized for her culinary writing with nominations for the James Beard Award and IACP’s Bert Greene Award in 2010. Her work has also been anthologized in three editions of The Best American Food Writing. Sarah’s latest book, Taking Care: The Story of Nursing and Its Power to Change, will be published in May 2023. Education Sarah DiGregorio holds a bachelor of arts from Brown University and a master of journalism from New York University. She also received a certificate in culinary arts from The New School of Cooking in Los Angeles.
