A trained chef, she has spent over a decade developing mouthwatering recipes and shooting striking images that have graced such publications as Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Saveur, and Delish. Experience After externing at Morimoto in New York City and graduating from culinary school, Sarah Bolla began developing recipes and photographing food. In 2011 she launched her food blog Lemon Fire Brigade, which quickly became one of Saveur’s favorite sites for her captivating photography, engaging writing, and inspiring recipes. The blog also captured the attention of Food & Wine, winning Sarah a Digital Media Award, which led to her developing and shooting over 160 recipes for the publication’s SEO recipe project, as well as food writing for Food & Wine digital and social media platforms.
