Lori Rice

Lori Rice is a food and beverage writer and photographer. She has written for several publications, food brands, and agricultural organizations during her career.

She has 15 years of experience as a food and drink writer for publications including CiderCraft Magazine, King Arthur Flour's SIFT Magazine, The Coastal Table, and Plate Magazine.

She's the winner of a 2019 International Association of Culinary Professionals Food Writing Award.

Lori has written and photographed two cookbooks, "Food on Tap: Cooking with Craft Beer" and "Beer Bread," both published with The Countryman Press.

She graduated with a Masters of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kentucky in 2004, and from Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences in 2002.
