Experience Former attorney Jacqueline Church parlayed her strategic skills, talent for public speaking, and love of food into her own consulting business working with corporate, private, and non-profit clients such as Smith & Wollensky, Myers + Chang, Tales of the Cocktail, and Cambridge Centers for Adult Education. Among her many endeavors, she has taught adult education and private cooking classes, hosted culinary team-building events, developed recipes, and provided food safety training for restaurant staff. Jacqueline also founded eco-advocacy projects The Oyster Century Club and Teach a Chef to Fish to promote sustainability education. The devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Boston's Chinatown community motivated her to create FAN Chinatown in 2022 to address food insecurity among Chinatown's seniors, accelerate restaurant stabilization, and promote public art.
