[BLANK_AUDIO] A product that we use a lot in the restaurant that's kind of fun that the home cook can get a hold of is instant coffee, or freeze-dried coffee. It can be stirred into sauces at the very last minute. It can be mixed into dressings, vinaigrettes, yogurt. It could be stirred into your ice creams. Sprinkled on your ice cream. It's a really fun, easy, simple product that is not something that the average person would think of buying. I wouldn't necessarily use it to make a nice pot of coffee, but we fold it into gnocchi dough to make coffee flavored gnocchi. We mix it into yogurt to make coffee flavored yogurt. Again, sprinkle it on things that has a really nice crunch. It's a very interesting product that I think you can do some fun, interesting things with.
