Now that we have this really beautiful bowl of cherry
tomatoes, I'm going to make one of my favorite salads.
It's really simple, you can make it in under a
minute. I'm just going to drizzle in some sherry vinegar.
It's one of my favorite vinegars, it goes great with
tomatoes. We're going to drizzle in some extra virgin olive
oil. Use good olive oil. This one is raw. Then
I'm going to add Some fresh chives. You can use
any fresh herbs, you can use parsley, basil. You can
use tarragon even, it's very delicious. Actually I like a
little more. Little more of chives. And then, I'm just
gonna season it up with some salt and pepper. I
like a lot of salt on my tomatoes. You can
put a little bit or a lot. If you're gonna
marinate this overnight just Don't add the salt until the
next day. And we're just gonna toss it up. [SOUND]
Here you have a one minute cherry tomato salad. I
prefer it for lunch, but you can even have it
as a side dish.
