[MUSIC] I'm Meredith Lawrence and I'm here at Food and Wine Magazine's best new chef's 2011 announcement party. I'm here with Anthony Giglio the author of Food and Wine's wine guide. 2001. And Anthony you are going to the food and wine classic in aspen this summer. I am the luckiest man alive to say that I go to most of the wine festivals around the country. It's the best Wine festival in the country I've ever been to. Wow! And this will be, like in my 14th year I'm supposed to be there. And I can't wait to get back. So can you give us a quick wine tip for all of our viewers out there on how to get the most out of their wines. Okay. So we're at this fantastic party tonight. Gallow donated all of these beautiful red wines. We have this beautiful Monte Rosso and it's about 80 degrees in this room. So I asked the guys to put it on ice for me. They thought I was crazy but. Red wine should be cellar temperature around 60 degrees, so throw it on ice for five minutes and everybody is a happier person after the first sip. Great. Chill your red wine. I know I'll be happier. Thank you so much. Thank you so much, Anthony. I'll see you in Aspen. Absolutely.
