The best dish that my mom makes, I would have to say is a dish called [FOREIGN]. Which is a Vietnamese savory crepe, and the crepe basically consists of bean sprouts, there's pork, there's shrimp. And basically you don't eat the crepe by itself, you eat it with I would say like lettuce wraps. You would use young romaine leaves, a lot of herbs, and you just kinda wrap it all together and eat it. So that's one of my favorite dishes.
