[MUSIC] I am Elsie Gonto and I'm from Savannah, Georgia. And I'm a preschool teacher. And my recipe came about because my husband does not care for mayonnaise. And every time you would do some place, and you would find a potato salad, he Would have to sit it out, so I decided, okay, well what would happen if instead of putting mayonnaise in there, I made a vinaigrette dressing, basically oil and vinegar. And as time has progressed, I have. Increase the amount of vinegar and decrease the amount of oil. It turns out we like it a little more vinegary. He will sit down and put the entire bowl in front of him and say " What are the rest of you going to be eating?" So he will eat the entire batch. I heard about the contest when I was flipping through a Cooking Lite magazine. And I came across the contest rules. This is my first contest. Come to find out, there's a lot of people that are here today that this is their first contest as well. [BLANK_AUDIO]
