[MUSIC] I'm Barb Combs and I'm from Fort Collins Colorado and right now I'm a stay at home mom for two Beautiful girls, ages five and eight. I am making a decadent double chocolate pound cake. In order to keep it moist, but have it light and low fat, I use a secret ingredient. My secret ingredient is chocolate liqueur that goes on as a glaze. It actually came about, one, because I love chocolate and I like to cook in bundt cakes because I live in a high altitude climate and I had had this recipe, which gave me the idea for a glaze. The recipe used in orange liquor and I was trying to come up with some kind of glaze to make it taste more moist and not dry out on top. I think what makes my recipe special is that it's chocolate and a lot of people love chocolate so this is a way to indulge in a dessert that's not loaded with fat and calories. I've subscribed to Cooking Light forever. [LAUGH] I love the magazine and so this is the first time I've been a finalist. [BLANK_AUDIO]
