[MUSIC] I'm Christine Dohlmar and I come from Valrico, FLorida. I'm making a carrot cake with toasted coconut cheese cream frosting. One of the sponsors is Quaker Oatmeal. So I used oatmeal in my carrot cake recipe. I processed it with the flour and there only one quarter cup of canola oil in it so I used a 2.5 ounce jar of pureed baby food. And that lightens it, gives it moisture, and taste. I would say that is my secret ingredient. You can make all sorts of things with baby food. Carrot cookies, prune bread, banana bread. It's mostly desserts I make with it. I can hardly remember not cooking. I am one of five children. I'm the only girl. And I grew up helping my mother. [BLANK_AUDIO]
